Sarah Burton's Fall 2011 collection for Alexander McQueen is definitely the proof that she isn't channeling the late designer but McQueen injected his DNA before he died to Burton, as shown on her latest pieces (just my thought... hehehe).
The Fall show was held at La Conciergerie, Marie Antoinette's prison and where the late Alexander McQueen did one of the most memorable show in Lee's career. The show was called "Heritage Silhoutte", where Burton showcase an icy look, fur, organza, and feathers.
As you may know now that Kate Middleton, Prince Willy's bride to be is picking Alexander McQueen/Sarah Burton to design her wedding gown. I wouldn't object or comment because no doubt I'll also choose the brand for my wedding gown (LOL).
