Alexander Wang Spring/Summer 2011

Everyone knows in the fashion world that Alexander Wang is the New York prince of downtown darkness, but in his latest collection for Spring/Summer 2011 BLACK was no where to be found. " I was looking for something optimistic, something pure" he said.

The show began in all white and ended with a splash of mint and ivory, the collection shows how Wang is very well known for, deconstructed looks. The show's motif was obviously construction, from carpenter's jacket to coverall straps. The white paint to models hair added the illusions of Wang's motif.
